What it means
An accredited intermediary between your company and the grant
Kit Digital is the Spanish Government’s grant programme, funded by the European Union, which subsidises the digitalisation of SMEs and self-employed professionals. The aid is not paid in cash: it is granted as a digital voucher that can only be spent with companies accredited as Digitalisation Agents.
Eritia Privacidad is one of those companies. We are registered in the programme, which allows us to deploy the subsidised solutions, claim the voucher directly from the Administration and take on the full administrative management of the grant.

General requirements
- Be an SME, micro-business or self-employed professional with tax residence in Spain.
- Be registered and meet the minimum trading period required by the call.
- Be up to date with tax and social security obligations.
- Not exceed the de minimis aid threshold nor qualify as a company in difficulty.
- Complete the digital self-assessment test on the Acelera Pyme platform.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions about Kit Digital
Do I have to pay anything up front?
You do not advance the part covered by the voucher: we claim it directly from the Administration. You would only cover VAT and, if the chosen solution exceeds the amount awarded, the difference, which we set out in writing before anything is signed.
How much paperwork do I have to do?
Almost none. We need your digital signature on the steps that require it and some company details. We handle the rest: registration, self-assessment, application, agreement and justification.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the Administration’s workload in each call. The part we control (assessment, registration and application) is resolved in days; the award of the voucher is what sets the timeline.
Can I combine Kit Digital with other Eritia services?
Yes, and it is the usual case. The voucher covers the technology solutions in the catalogue; GDPR adaptation, the external DPO or specific training are contracted separately and fit with what has been deployed.
What happens when the subsidised period ends?
You can continue with the service under normal terms or keep what has been deployed, depending on the solution. We explain this before starting so there are no surprises.
What if the call is closed?
We prepare your file so it is ready when the next one opens and, in the meantime, we propose a security plan that fits your budget. Being prepared usually makes the difference: funds run out in order of application.
